Christian Deschenes had two goals and added two assists as the Eperviers doubled up the River Kings on Friday night in Sorel.
The Eperviers lead the best-of-seven LNAH quarter-final series 1-0.
Antony Courcelles had a hat trick for Cornwall, which hosts Game 2 on Sunday at the Civic Complex. Puck drops at 3 p.m.
