CFN – An Ogdensburg woman about to graduate with a law enforcement degree challenged US Border Patrol officers after a random pull over.

After being belligerent and  challenging  the Federal agents after being pulled to wait for a K9 Unit for inspection she was subdued and tasered.   The event was captured by her on video.  LINK.

The 21 year old was screaming during the ordeal in spite of the agent’s calm and direct commands.

She was reported to have been taken to the Ogdensburg Customs location but has yet to be charged.

She reported various minor abrasions from her scuffle.

CFN has asked Ms Cook for an interview with no reply as of press time.

“U.S. Customs and Border Protection is investigating a report from the U.S. Border Patrol’s Swanton Sector about an altercation between an individual and two Border Patrol agents at a checkpoint on Thursday, May 7.
