WARRANT
Cornwall, ON – Angela Johnson, 39 of Cornwall was arrested on September 3rd, 2015 on the strength of a warrant. It is alleged the woman failed to attend court in July, 2010 and a warrant was issued for her arrest. On September 3rd, 2015 the woman attended police headquarters to deal with the matter. She was taken into custody on the strength of the warrant and held for a bail hearing.
ASSAULT, MISCHIEF
Cornwall, ON – A 39-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on September 3rd, 2015 and charged with assault, mischief and breach of two probation orders for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged during argument on August 21st, 2015 with his 46-year-old girlfriend the man grabbed her by the arms and damaged the fridge. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. On September 3rd, 2015 the man attended police headquarters to deal with the matter. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing. His name was not released as it would identify the victim in the matter.
IMPAIRED, OVER 80
Cornwall, ON – Andre Lalonde, 56 of Cornwall was arrested on September 3rd, 2015 and charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and over 80. It is alleged on September 3rd, 2015 the man was operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol in the area of Alice Street and Walton Street. He was taken into custody during a traffic stop, charged accordingly and later released to appear in court on September 17th, 2015.
BREACH
Cornwall, ON – Andrew Mancini, 26 of Cornwall was arrested on September 3rd, 2015 and charged with breaching his recognizance for being out without his surety and for failing to produce his release documents. He was also charged with breaching a probation order for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged on September 3rd, 2015 the man was found to be breaching his conditions while at an Alice Street residence. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.

DOMESTIC INVESTIGATION
(South Dundas) – On September 3, 2015 at approximately 2:30pm, Stormont Dundas& Glengarry Ontario Provincial Police officers responded to a report of a domestic situation at a residence on Caraway Crescent in South Dundas Township. Investigation indicated that an altercation between an adult male and his girlfriend resulted in the male entering her home unlawfully. Further information also revealed that the male was in contravention of conditions imposed from a previous incident.
An adult male (31) from South Dundas, Ontario was arrested and is charged with;
– Fail To Comply With Conditions of Recognizance
– Unlawfully in Dwelling house
The Male was held in custody (Bail) and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cornwall. The names of the accused persons are being withheld in order to protect the identity of the victim.
(South Glengarry) – On September 3, 2015 at approximately 7:35m, SD&G OPP officers responded to South Service Road, South Stormont Township following a report of a male being in contravention of conditions (Not to Communicate directly/indirectly with Victim) imposed from a previous incident.
A male (28) of Cornwall, Ontario was arrested and is charged with;

– Fail to Comply with Conditions of an Recognizance
He was held in custody pending an appearance (bail) at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cornwall today (September 4, 2015). The names of the accused persons are being withheld in order to protect the identity of the victim.
(North Stormont) – On September 3, 2015 at approximately 7:47pm, Stormont, Dundas &Glengarry Ontario Provincial Police officers responded to a report of a domestic situation at a residence on Main Street, North Stormont Township. Investigation indicated that an altercation between a female and her spouse resulted in both parties damaging property.
A 51-year-old female from North Stormont Township was arrested and is charged with;

A 39-year-old male from North Stormont Township was arrested and is charged with;
– Mischief
Both were released and are scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cornwall on October 13, 2015. The name of the accused is being withheld in order to protect the identity of the victim.
