WARRANT
Cornwall, ON – Tania Draganjac, 32 of Ottawa was arrested on November 12th, 2015 on the strength of a warrant. It is alleged in July, 2015 the while in Cornwall the woman breached her conditions and a warrant was issued for her arrest. On November 12th, 2015 the woman attended police headquarters to deal with the matter. She was taken into custody on the strength of the warrant and released to appear in court on December 8th, 2015.
BREACH
Cornwall, ON – A 13-year-old Cornwall youth was arrested on November 12th, 2015 and charged with breaching his undertaking for being in the company of someone he has conditions not to associate with and for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged on November 10th, 2015 the youth was spotted in the company of a person he has conditions not to associate with and an investigation ensued. On November 12th, 2015 the youth attended police headquarters to deal with the matter. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing. His name was not released as per provision of the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
THEFT UNDER $5000, BREACH
Cornwall, ON – James Labelle, 28 of Cornwall was arrested on November 12th, 2015 and charged with two counts of theft under $5000 and breach of probation for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged on October 21st and 22nd, 2015 the man attended a Pitt Street store and removed merchandise making no attempt to pay for the items as he left the store. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. On November 12th, 2015 the man attended police headquarters to deal with the matter. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on December 17th, 2015.
FALSE FIRE ALARM, BREACH
Cornwall, ON – A 15-year-old Cornwall youth was arrested on November 12th, 2015 and charged with false fire alarm, breach of two probation orders for failing to keep the peace and breach of undertaking for failing to abide by the rules of the residence. It is alleged on November 12th, 2015 the youth activated a fire alarm which cause the fire department to attend as well as police. The youth was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court at a later date. His name was not released as per provision of the Youth Criminal Justice Act.

Ontario Provincial Police News Portal [GRENVILLE COUNTY (Kemptville)] Update: Hydro One Vehicle Recovered 2015-11-12
(Kemptville, ON.) – Grenville County Ontario Provincial Police are investigating the theft of a Hydro One vehicle.
Shortly after 6:00 a.m. on November 10th, police received a report that a “Hydro One” 2005 white Ford Explorer was stolen from the Hydro One compound on County Road 44, Kemptville. The investigation revealed that a 2008 white Ford F150 and personal property was also stolen shortly after4:00 a.m. from a Kitley Township residence. The truck was recovered at the Hydro One compound.
On the evening of November 11th, Peel Regional Police Service arrested Jessika RACINE, age 28 of Ottawa for two counts of theft of a motor vehicle and theft under $5,000. The Hydro One vehicle was located in the City of Ottawa.
The accused is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice, Brockville today, November 12, 2015.
