The Cornwall Ontario area is bracing for a week of wet stuff with Tuesday being the big blast after a weekend deep freeze.
Depending on the temperatures the River City can see as many as 35cms of snow or heavy rains that could impact drains.
Freezing is also a deep concern. Temps will have gone from -31 to +3 in only a few days. There will be wet periods until Thursday.
