THEFT UNDER
Cornwall, ON – Kevin Smith, 45 of Cornwall was arrested on February 17th, 2016 and charged with theft under $5000. It is alleged on February 17th, 2016 the man attended a Second Street East store and removed diapers making no attempt to pay for the item as he left the store. He was stopped by the Loss Prevention Officer and police were contacted. The man was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court at a later date.
Cornwall, ON – Robert Brannen, 33 of Cornwall was arrested on February 17th, 2016 and charged with theft under $5000. It is alleged on February 17th, 2016 the man attended a Second Street East store and removed chocolate bars making no attempt to pay for the items as he left the store. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. During their investigation the man was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released him to appear in court on March 24th, 2016.
