Cornwall Ontario Man Charged With Elbowing POLICE BLOTTER July 13, 2016

WARRANT

Cornwall, ON – Bruce Marshall, 35 of Cornwall was arrested on July 12^th, 2016 on the strength of warrant. It is alleged the man breached his probation order and a warrant was issued for his arrest. On July 12^th, 2016 the man was spotted by a member of the Cornwall Community Police Service in the area of Louisa Street. He was taken into custody on the strength of the warrant and released to appear in court at a later date.

DANGEROUS DRIVE, FLIGHT FROM POLICE, BREACH

Cornwall, ON – Mathieu Lamarche, 34 of Cornwall was arrested on July 12^th, 2016 and charged with flight from police, dangerous drive and breach of probation for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged on July 7^th, 2016 the man drove a motor cycle in a dangerous manner and failed to stop for police while in the area of York Street and Seventh Street. On July 12^th, 2016 the man was located by police, taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.

ASSAULT

Cornwall, ON – A 32-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on July 12^th, 2016 and charged with assault. It is alleged during an argument on July 12^th, 2016 the man pushed his 29-year-old girlfriend and police were contacted to investigate. During the investigation the man was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing. His name was not released as it would identify the victim in the matter.

Cornwall, ON – A 40-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on July 12^th, 2016 and charged with assault. It is alleged during an argument on July 12^th, 2016 the man elbowed his wife in the head and police were contacted to investigate. During the investigation the man was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing. His name was not released as it would identify the victim in the matter.
