BREACH
Cornwall, ON – Clarissa Square, 23 of Cornwall was arrested on November 22nd, 2016 and charged with breach of recognizance for failing to notify a change of address. It is alleged during an unrelated investigation on November 15th, 2016 police learned the woman failed to notify a change of address. On November 22nd, 2016 the woman attended police headquarters to deal with the matter. She was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.
ASSAULT, ASSAULT WITH A WEAPON, BREACH
Cornwall, ON – A 16-year-old Cornwall youth was arrested on November 22nd, 2016 and charged with assault, assault with a weapon and breach of probation for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged during an argument on November 22nd, 2016 the youth pushed his mother, struck her with his snowboard and threw shoes at her. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. During the investigation the youth was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for bail hearing. His name was not released as per provision of the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
ASSAULT, ASSAULT CAUSE BODILY HARM, FORCIBLE CONFINEMENT, BREACH
Cornwall, ON – A 24-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on November 22nd, 2016 and charged with assault, assault cause bodily harm and breach of probation for communicating with his ex-girlfriend and for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged during arguments in the month of November, 2016 the man pushed and bit his ex-girlfriend. It is also alleged during one argument the man refused to let his ex-girlfriend leave the residence. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. On November 22nd, 2016 the man was stopped at the Port of Entry and police were notified. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing. His name was not released as it would identify the victim in the matter.
ASSAULT, MISCHIEF
Cornwall, ON – A 34-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on November 22nd, 2016 and charged with assault and mischief. It is alleged during arguments on November 22nd, 2016 the man pushed his ex-common-wife and damaged her phone. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. During the investigation the man was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing. His name was not released as it would identify the victim in the matter.
Shoes are now a weapon?
Hugger you could get charged for shaking your fist at someone without possibly striking them. One officer said you could be charged for wagging your finger.
I wonder if the culprits got the idea when the Arab journalist threw a shoe at the US monkey president G.W. Bush. Bush sure knew how to duck with all the years that Laura must have thrown at him. LOL LOL. ROLF! Everything insane goes on in Cornhole.
