Cornwall Ontario – Ice Pellets and Freezing Rain mean less snow for the River City as roads and sidewalks become treacherous.
Temperatures are floating between -4c and Zero as most of the up to 20cm of snow expected will not be falling.
Expect between 5-10cm total snowfall through to Wednesday. Up to 5cm daily will fall through until Sunday with highs and lows expected between the -5c to zero range.
