TORONTO ONTARIO – The Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (R.O.P.E.) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as result of their Breach of Parole.
Rowan Atkins is described as a male black, 28 years of age, 6’0 (183 cm), 172 lbs (78kg).
He is serving a 5 year and 11 month sentence for Possession of a Firearm and Possessing a Firearm While Prohibited.
The offender is known to frequent the city of Toronto and York Region.
