(TORONTO, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a Federal Offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as a result of his breach of Parole.
This offender is serving a 4-year sentence for Weapons Trafficking, Aggravated Assault, Break and Enter, Uttering Death Threats, Theft Under $5000, Fail to Comply with Undertaking and Fail to Appear.
Elliott SULLIVAN is described as a 36-year-old male, 5′ 6″ (170 cm), 125 lbs, (56 kg); slim build, hazel eyes, short brown hair, and has several tattoos including a spider on his left hand, a cross on his left forearm, and barbed wire on his right wrist.
The offender is known to frequent the Sudbury, Timmins, Toronto, London and Kingston areas. Sullivan was last seen in the Sudbury area, operating a brown 2006 Ford Escape SUV, bearing Ontario Licence BWAZ 689.
