SEXUAL OFFENCES
Cornwall, ON – A 50 year old Cornwall man was arrested on July 6, 2017. It is alleged that between January 2013 and July 2015 he made video recordings of his step-daughter and her friend without their knowledge and for a sexual purpose. He also inappropriately touched both individuals. Police were recently contacted and an investigation was conducted. He was subsequently charged with 8 counts of Voyeurism, 3 counts of Making Child Pornography, 3 counts of Sexual Assault, 3 counts of Sexual Exploitation, and 1 count of Possession of Child Pornography. He was held for a Bail Hearing. His name is not being released in order to protect the identity of the victims.
WARRANTS
Cornwall, ON – Gisele Dumond, age 34, of Cornwall, was arrested on July 6, 2017. She was located by police and taken into custody as a result of outstanding warrants for her arrest for breaching her Conditional Sentence Order by failing to remain in her residence at all times, and by failing to make restitution payments. She was held for a Bail Hearing.
Cornwall, ON – Alain Boudrias, age 40, of Cornwall, was arrested on July 6, 2017. He failed to attend court on June 30, 2017 in relation to prior charges therefore a Bench Warrant was issued. He was located by police at the Cornwall Courthouse, 29 Second Street West. He was charged with Failing to Attend Court. He was released to appear in court on August 17, 2017.
