IMPAIRED DRIVER
(South Dundas) – On July 15, 2017 at approximately 2:16 am, Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry (SD&G) Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers responded to report of a single motor vehicle collision on County Road 1, South Dundas Township. The investigation revealed that the adult male driver was under the influence of alcohol. Investigation also revealed that the male was in contravention of conditions imposed from a previous incident
Tim WADE (49) of North Dundas, Ontario was arrested and is charged with;
– Driving a Motor Vehicle while Impaired
– Fail to Comply with Conditions of a Recognizance
He was released and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Morrisburg on August 1, 2017.
