IMPAIRED, OVER 80
Cornwall, ON – Amanda Flanigan, 27 of Cornwall was arrested on August 30th, 2017 and charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and over 80. It is alleged the woman was operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol on August 30th, 2017 while in the area of Second Street and Hoople Avenue. She was taken into custody during a traffic stop, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on September 12th, 2017.
BREACH
Cornwall, ON – Gilles Saucier, 56 of Brampton was arrested on August 30th, 2017 and charged with breach of recognizance for communicating with someone he has conditions not to communicate with. It is alleged on August 11th, 2017 the man was seen communicating with someone he has conditions not to communicate with and an investigation ensued. On August 30th, 2017 the man attended police headquarters to deal with the matter. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.
