DOMESTIC INVESTIGATION
(North Dundas) – On September 15, 2017 at approximately 11:12pm, SD&G OPP officers responded to a report of a domestic situation at a residence in North Dundas Township. Investigation indicated that an altercation had taken place between a male and his girlfriend. The investigation revealed that the male was in contravention of conditions imposed from a previous incident and resisted officers during the incident.
A 33-year-old male from North Dundas, Ontario was arrested and is charged with;
– Fail To comply with conditions of an Recognizance
– Resist Peace Officer
He was held in custody pending a court appearance (bail) at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cornwall.
His name is being withheld in order to protect the identity of the victim.
BREACH OF CONDITIONS
(South Glengarry) – On September 16, 2017 at approximately 12:51am, SD&G OPP officers conducted a traffic stop on Boundary Road, South Glengarry Township. An Investigation indicated that a male driver was in contravention of conditions imposed from a previous incident. The male driver also obstructed officers during the investigation.
Ali HASSAN (27) of Cornwall, Ontario was arrested and charged with;
– Fail to Comply Recognizance
– Obstruct Peace Officer
– Personation with Intent to avoid arrest, prosecution or obstruct Justice
He was held in custody pending an appearance (bail) at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cornwall.
DOMESTIC INVESTIGATION
(South Glengarry)- On September 16, 2017 at approximately 6:48pm, SD&G OPP officers responded to a report of a domestic situation at a residence in South Glengarry Township. Investigation indicated that an adult female had been harassing her ex-boyfriend.
An adult female (38) from North Glengarry, Ontario was arrested and is charged with;
– Harassing Communications
– Fail To Leave Premises when directed (Trespass To Property Act)
The female was released and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cornwall on October 17 2017. The names of the accused persons are being withheld in order to protect the identity of the victim.

(South Dundas) – On September 17, 2017 at approximately 2:41pm, SD&G OPP officers responded to a report of a domestic situation at a residence in South Dundas Township. Investigation indicated that an altercation had taken place between a male and his girlfriend. The investigation revealed that the male was in contravention of conditions imposed from a previous incident and had caused damage to the female’s property.
A 39-year-old male from South Dundas, Ontario was arrested and is charged with;
– Fail to comply with conditions of an Probation Order
– Mischief
He was held in custody pending a court appearance (bail) at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cornwall.

BREACH OF CONDITIONS
(North Glengarry) – On September 18, 2017 at approximately 3:33am, SD&G OPP officers responded to a disturbance on Dominion Street South, North Glengarry Township. An Investigation indicated that a male was in contravention of conditions imposed from a previous incident. The male had also broken into the location. This also resulted in the seizure of a quantity of marihuana and Methamphetamine.
Eric SEGUIN (26) of North Glengarry, Ontario was arrested and charged with;
– Fail to Comply Recognizance (2 counts)
– Fail to Comply Probation Order (2 counts)
– Possession of a Controlled Substance (3 counts)
– Break and Enter
He was held in custody pending an appearance (bail) at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cornwall.
BREAK IN
(South Glengarry) — On September 16, 2017 at approximately 9:15am SD&G OPP officers responded to a report of a Break and Enter at a Business on County Road 2, South Glengarry Township. Investigation indicated that overnight on September 14, 2017 culprit(s) forcibly entered the business and removed gasoline.
An investigation continues.
STOLEN VEHICLE
(North Dundas) – On September 17, 2017 at approximately 4:58am, Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry (SD&G) Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a theft of a pick-up truck from a Residence on Cayer Road, North Dundas Township. Investigation indicated that sometime between (September 16-17, 2017) a 2013 Red Ford F150 FX4 with Ontario Licence Plate (5851FM) was removed from the property.
An investigation continues.
