THEFT UNDER $5000, POSSESSSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, POSSESSION OF A CONCEALED WEAPON, BREACH
Cornwall, ON – Richard Massia, 28 of Cornwall was arrested on December 21st, 2017 and charged with theft under$5000, possession of a concealed weapon, possession of codeine, possession of cocaine and breach of recognizance for having swipe cards with magnetic strips in his possession. It is alleged on December 11th, 2017 the man attended a Ninth Street store selected various items making no attempt to pay for the items as he left the store. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. On December 21st, 2017 the man was located by police, taken into custody and found to be in possession of a baton, codeine, cocaine and swipe cards with magnetic strips. He was charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.
WARRANT
Cornwall, ON – Stephane Deguire, 33 of Cornwall was arrested on December 21st, 2017 on the strength of a warrant. It is alleged the man breached his recognizance and a warrant was issued for his arrest. On December 21st, 2017 the man was located by police, taken into custody on the strength of the warrant and released to appear in court on February 1st, 2018.
THEFT, BREACH
Cornwall, ON – Steven Coleman was arrested on December 21st, 2017 and charged with theft under $5000 and breach recognizance for being outside his residence. It is alleged the man removed a charity box from a Second Street East store on December 12th, 2017 and police were contacted to investigate. It is also alleged on December 15th, 2017 the man breached his recognizance by not being in his residence at all times. On December 21st, 2017 the man was located by police, taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.
