MALE CHARGED WITH IMPAIRED AFTER DRIVING INTO THE DITCH
ELIZABETHTOWN TWP, ON) – Officers of the Leeds County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) arrested an impaired driver following a single motor vehicle collision.
On February 20, 2018 at approximately 7:35 pm officers were advised of a vehicle in the ditch on Debruge road with a lone male occupant. The vehicle was located and investigation revealed the driver to be impaired by alcohol.
36 year old Mitchell LANCTOT of Brockville is charged with care and control while impaired and fail or refuse to provide sample.
The accused is to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Brockville on Friday March 16, 2018.
