WARRANT
Cornwall, ON – Roxanne Hanson, 20, of Cornwall was arrested on September 11th, 2018 on the strength of a warrant. It is alleged the woman breached her probation and a warrant was issued for her arrest. On September 11th, 2018 a member of the Cornwall Community Police Service attended the Cornwall Courthouse as the woman was in custody for an unrelated matter. The warrant was executed and the woman remained in custody to await a bail hearing.
BREACH
Cornwall, ON – Michael Witherden, 30, of Cornwall Island was arrested on September 11th, 2018 and charged with breach of undertaking for failing to report to police. It is alleged the man failed to report to police on September 10th, 2018, despite his conditions. On September 11th, 2018 he was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.
