MOTOR VEHICLE COLLISION – ROADWAY CLOSED
Fatal Crash
(NORTH GRENVILLE, ON) – Members of Grenville County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are currently at the scene of a two (2) vehicle collision on County Road 43 and Maplestone Drive, North Grenville.
Preliminary investigation has indicated that at approximately 8 a.m., a motorcycle was travelling eastbound on County Road 43 when, for reasons under investigation, collided with a tractor trailer travelling westbound.

The adult driver (lone occupant) of the motorcycle was pronounced deceased at the scene.
The adult driver (lone occupant) of the tractor trailer was uninjured.
Grenville County OPP continue to investigate the collision with the assistance of the OPP Traffic Collision Investigators (TCI).
Names are being withheld until family members can be told.
As the investigation continues, detours are temporarily in place at County Road 22 and Boundary Road.
