BREACH
Cornwall, ON – Elton Cox, 33, of Cornwall was arrested on June 14th, 2019 and charged with breach of recognizance for consuming alcohol. It is alleged while police were investigating a suspicious person call, they located the intoxicated man in breach of his conditions and an investigation ensued. During the investigation, he was taken into custody, charged accordingly, and held for a bail hearing.
IMPAIRED, OVER 80
Cornwall, ON – Leon Cook, 39, of Akwesasne was arrested on June 15th, 2019 and charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and over 80. It is alleged the man was operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol in the area of Brookdale Avenue and Thirteenth Street and an investigation ensued. During the investigation, the man was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on June 27th, 2019.
BREACH
Cornwall, ON – Ashley Belanger-Boudrias, 20, of Cornwall was arrested on June 16th, 2019 and charged with breach of recognizance for contacting and being within 100 metres of a certain person. It is alleged on June 16th, 2019, the woman was located in the company of someone she has conditions of no contact with and an investigation ensued. During the investigation, she was taken into custody, charged accordingly, and held for a bail hearing.
