MISCHIEF UNDER $5000
Cornwall, ON – A 36-year-old Chesterville man was arrested on July 25th, 2019 and charged with mischief under $5000. It is alleged on July 25th, 2019, during an argument with his wife, the man damaged various household items and police were contacted to investigate. On July 25th, 2019, the man attended police headquarters to deal with the matter. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly, and released to appear in court on August 20th, 2019. His name was not released as it would identify the victim in the matter.
WARRANT
Cornwall, ON – Justin Pawis-Lepage, 27, of Cornwall was arrested on July 25th, 2019 on the strength of a warrant. It is alleged the man breached his probation and a warrant was issued for his arrest. On July 25th, 2019, police located the man and took him into custody on the strength of the warrant. The warrant was executed and he was released to appear in court on August 22nd, 2019.

Cornwall, ON – James Logan, 68, of Cornwall was arrested on July 25th, 2019 on the strength of a warrant. It is alleged the man failed to attend court on July 16th, 2019 for a weapons offence and a warrant was issued for his arrest. On July 25th, 2019, the man attended police headquarters to deal with the matter. He was taken into custody on the strength of the warrant and released to appear in court on August 22nd, 2019.
MISCHIEF UNDER $5000, BREACH
Cornwall, ON – Evan Jarvis, 26, of Cornwall was arrested on July 25th, 2019 and charged with two counts of mischief under $5000, as well as breach of probation for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged on July 20th, 2019, the man damaged a phone belonging to someone known to him. It is further alleged on July 25th, 2019, the man smashed a car window belonging to another individual known to him. Police were contacted and took the man into custody. He was charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.

Cornwall, ON – Michael Isaac, 46, of Cornwall was arrested on July 25th, 2019 on the strength of multiple warrants. It is alleged the man failed to attend court on May 23rd, 2019 and June 20th, 2019 and warrants were issued for his arrest. It is further alleged the man failed to attend for prints on June 6th, 2019 and another warrant was issued for his arrest. On July 25th, 2019, the man was taken into custody on the strength of the warrants and held for a bail hearing.

Cornwall, ON – Austin-Taylor Anderson, 21, of Cornwall was arrested on July 25th, 2019 on the strength of a warrant. It is alleged the man failed to attend court on January 3rd, 2019 for possessing property obtained by crime and a warrant was issued for his arrest. On July 25th, 2019, the man attended police headquarters to deal with the matter. He was taken into custody on the strength of the warrant and held for a bail hearing.
THEFT UNDER $5000, BREACH
Cornwall, ON – Brandon Champagne-Wood, 24, of Cornwall was arrested on July 25th, 2019 and charged with theft under $5000 and breach of probation for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged the man attended a Ninth Street business on July 22nd, 2019 and removed merchandise, making no attempt to pay for the item as he left the store. Police were contacted and located the man on July 25th, 2019. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly, and released to appear in court on August 22nd, 2019.
BREACH
Cornwall, ON – Jillian King, 32, of Cornwall was arrested on July 25th, 2019 and charged with breach of recognizance for failing to remain in her residence and for contacting a certain person. It is alleged while passing through the Port of Entry on July 25th, 2019, the woman was in the company of her a certain person despite her conditions of no contact. Police attended and took the woman into custody. She was charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.
BREACH
Cornwall, ON – A 13-year-old Cornwall youth was arrested on July 26th, 2019 and charged with breach of undertaking for failing to abide by his curfew. It is alleged during the early morning hours on July 26th, 2019, police located the youth in breach of his conditions and took him into custody. He was charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing. His name was not released as per provision of the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
