POSSESSION OF PROPERTY OBTAINED BY CRIME, FRAUD UNDER $5000
Cornwall, ON – Ryan Migneault, 28, of Cornwall was arrested on January 15th, 2020 and charged with possession of property obtained by crime and fraud under $5000. It is alleged the man sold a stolen snowmobile to someone and police were contacted to investigate. On January 15th, 2020, the man attended police headquarters to deal with the matter. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on February 13th, 2020.
Cornwall, ON – Jessica Albers, 27, of Cornwall was arrested on January 15th, 2020 and charged with theft under $5000 and breach of probation for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged on January 14th, 2020, the woman attended a Ninth Street business and removed merchandise, making no attempt to pay for the items as she left the store. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. On January 15th, 2020, she was taken into custody during a traffic stop, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on February 13th, 2020.
Cornwall, ON – Saul Alonso, 36, of Cornwall was arrested on January 15th, 2020 and charged with breach of undertaking for consuming alcohol. It is alleged on the night of January 15th, 2020, police were investigating a disturbance and located the man intoxicated by alcohol, despite his conditions. An investigation ensued and he was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on February 13th, 2020.
