FAIL TO APPEAR FOR FINGERPRINTS
Cornwall, ON – Ashley Fogarty, 28, of Apple Hill, was arrested on February 11th, 2020 and charged with failing to appear for fingerprints. It is alleged on February 7th, the woman failed to attend police headquarters for fingerprints, as per the conditions of her undertaking, and an investigation ensued. On February 11th, she attended police headquarters to deal with the matter. She was charged accordingly and released to appear in court on March 12th, 2020.

Cornwall, ON – Nicholas McCarthy, 22, of Cornwall was arrested on February 11th, 2020 and charged with theft under $5000. It is alleged on February 10th, 2020, the man attended a Second Street business and removed merchandise, making no attempt to pay for the items as he left the store. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. On February 11th, he was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on March 12th, 2020.

Cornwall, ON – Jonathan Carriere, 23, of Martintown was arrested on February 11th, 2020 and charged with theft under $5000 and two counts of breach of probation for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged on February 8th, 2020, the man attended a Second Street business and removed merchandise, making no attempt to pay for the items as he left the store. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. On February 11th, he was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on March 12th, 2020.

Cornwall, ON – A 14-year-old Cornwall youth was arrested on February 11th, 2020 and charged with theft under $5000 and breach of probation for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged on February 10th, 2020, the youth attended a Second Street business and removed merchandise, making no attempt to pay for the items as he left the store. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. On February 11th, he was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court at a later date. His name was not released as per provision of the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
IMPAIRED BY DRUG
Cornwall, ON – Daniel Villeneuve, 27, of Cornwall was arrested on February 11th, 2020 and charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle. It is alleged the man was operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs in the area of Champlain Drive and Lochiel Street. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. During the investigation, he was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on February 27th, 2020.
