Husband and Wife Facing 9 Charges after Drug Raids

A Kingston couple have been arrested and charged with 9 counts in total after Kingston Police executed three Controlled Drug and Substances Act (CDSA) warrants.
On February 21, 2018 the Kingston Police Drug Unit with the assistance of the Emergency Response Unit and K9, executed three CDSA warrants. Officers entered two residents on Curtis Crescent and a garage on MacDonnell Street north of Concession Street.
Drugs seized included a quantity of dilaudid, hydromorphine and percocets pills, as well as quantities of heroin, cocaine, marihuana and methamphetamine with a street value just under $8600. Officers also seized $4600 in Canadian currency, three scales and a debt list.
42-year-old Timothy Orr and 45-year-old Kim Orr both of Kingston were arrested and transported to police headquarters to attend a bail hearing.
Both accused are jointly charged with five counts of possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking, and possession of proceeds of crime. Timothy Orr was charged with an additional count of possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking, and two counts of breach probation.
