CLINT FROATS of South Stormont Charged by #OPP Impaired After Rollover 090117

(LEEDS, ON.) –   Officers of the Leeds Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police arrested an impaired driver after a collision.

On the September 1, 2017 at about 12:10 A.M Leeds O.P.P officers responded to a single motor vehicle collision on Highway 401 westbound in Front of Yonge Township. The vehicle was eastbound when the driver lost control and rolled several times into the westbound lanes. The driver was transported to hospital in Brockville with non-life threatening injuries. Further investigation revealed that the driver was impaired by alcohol.

22 year old Clint FROATS of South Stormont Township, Ontario is scheduled to answer to his Impaired Driving and Operating a Motor Vehicle with over 80 mgs of Alcohol in his Blood charges at the Ontario Court of Justice – Provincial Division, Brockville on October 6, 2017.
