IMPAIRED, POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE
Cornwall, ON – Blair Barkhouse, 53, of Cornwall was arrested on October 22nd, 2018 and charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and possession of methamphetamine. It is alleged on October 22nd, 2018, while in the area of York Street, the man was found to be operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs. The man was also allegedly found to be in possession of a quantity of methamphetamine. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on November 6th, 2018.
TAKE MOTOR VEHICLE WITHOUT CONSENT
Cornwall, ON – A 15-year-old Cornwall youth was arrested on October 22nd, 2018 and charged with take motor vehicle without consent. It is alleged on October 19th, 2018 the youth took a motor vehicle without permission and police were contacted to investigate. On October 22nd, 2018 the youth was located by police. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court at a later date. His name was not released as per provision off the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
IMPAIRED OPERATION, OVER 80, DRIVE WHILE DISQUALIFIED
Cornwall, ON – Cameron Pyke, 49, of Cornwall was arrested on October 23rd, 2018 and charged with impaired operation, over 80 and drive while disqualified. It is alleged the man was operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol in the area of McConnell Avenue and Lemay Street. He was taken into custody during a traffic stop and found to be driving while disqualified. The man was charged accordingly and released to appear in court on November 6th, 2018.
