Habs Shut Out by Sens 2-0 – NHL Scores & Round Up – March 23, 2010

If you picked the Habs last night in Pro Line you lost your bet.  All the ingredients were there for Montreal to continue its win streak; a slumping Ottawa Senators team, Jaroslav Halak in nets, but the team, while out shooting Ottawa failed to hit the back of the net.

It should be interesting to see who the Habs have in net for the next game.

NHL SCORES

Do the Habs have enough left in the gas tank, and will this loss expedite the return of Marc Andre Bergeron and my favorite Hab Mike Cammallieri both of whom are soon to return from knee injuries?

In other NHL news the Flyers Jeff Carter will be out for at least 3 weeks with a broken foot.

  1. Neither team are good enought to beat the Leafs!

What the heck have you been adding to your coffee ? 🙂

  3. I grew up a Montreal fan because they were the local team for Cornwall. I also followed the expos, even after they left Jerry Park. But when Ottawa became an NHL town, I supported them. But with the Expos gone, I can not support the Jays, maybe it is an anti Toronto thing. Don’t know, but will ask your therapist. LOL

  4. Nothin strange, nothing unusual, because as you know I am a purist when it comes to my coffee.

It’s just that I seem to remember the hockey scores in the past week. I do believe that Toronto did manage to defeat both of the teams mentioned in your story. It doesn’t take much to keep a Leafs fan happy and the role of spoiler, which Toronto does so well, brings promise for the new season.
