HEALTH, HOLISTIC & LIFESTYLE EXPO COMES TO CORNWALL ONTARIO ! One day ONLY – Saturday December 3, 2011

CFN – Cornwall and area’s 1st Annual Health, Holistic & Lifestyle Expo is being held at Trinity Anglican Church in Cornwall, Saturday December 3rd from 10.00am till 5.00pm.
Some 40 local practitioners and creators of wellness and lifestyle products will share information about their services and products.

Organizer Nancy Galway of Snow Angels Sanctuary in Alexandria describes the Expo as: “A terrific opportunity to spend some fun and relaxing time trying products and viewing demonstrations, along with the chance to win some great prizes. Visitors can ask questions of local experts in their field and get some guidance for their personal wants and needs”. She also adds that “The Expo is a great place to get that unique Christmas gift”.

The Health, Holistic and Lifestyle Expo will highlight healthy options to enjoy the ultimate quality of life. Exhibits will include a mixture of modalities including relaxation, yoga, fitness, animal well-being, nutrition, herbs, spirituality, beauty, aging, personal development, environmental, nature and more.

The Expo will provide the opportunity for visitors to explore the many local wellness products and services available – all under one roof! There will also be an auction with the proceeds going to two local charities; Child Haven and The Agape Centre.

The wellness industry has exploded over the past five years with sales leaping from $200 billion to $500 billion and it continues to be one of the fastest growing industry sectors.
