DOMESTIC ASSAULT & THREATS

 

Cornwall, ON- A 20-year-old Cornwall male was arrested on June 15^th, 2012. It is alleged that on June 15^th, 2012 he got into an altercation with his 18-year-old girlfriend when he assaulted her and threaten her. The victim did not require medical treatment. Police were contacted and an investigation followed. He was charged with Domestic Assault and Utter Death Threats. He was held in custody until court the following day. His name was not released as it would identify the victim in this incident.

 

DOMESTIC BREACHES

 

Cornwall, ON- A 45-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on June 16^th, 2012. He was bound by a Recognizance with the conditions to not to be away from my residence between the hours of 9:00 PM and 6:00 AM and to abstain from the consumption of alcohol. He is also bound by a Probation Order with the relevant condition to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. It is alleged that on June 16^th, 2012 shortly after 1:00 a.m. he was away from his residence and under the influence of alcohol. Police were contacted and an investigation followed. He was charged with 2 counts of Breach of Recognizance and Breach of Probation Order. He was held in custody until court the following day.

 

BREAK & ENTER

 

Cornwall, ON- The Cornwall Community Police Service is investigating a break and enter that occurred on June 15^th , 2012 at a Lochiel Street residence. It is alleged that the suspect(s) gained entry by an unlocked window door and removed a laptop. Cornwall, ON- The Cornwall Community Police Service is investigating a break and enter that occurred on June 15^th , 2012 at a York Street residence. It is alleged that the suspect(s) gained entry by an unlocked window door and removed Bulova watches. THEFT & BREACH

 

Cornwall, ON- Christina Lafrance, 28 of Cornwall was arrested on June 16^th, 2012. She was bound by a Probation Order  with the relevant condition to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. It is alleged that on June 16^th, 2012 she attended a Second Street East store and removed property without making any attempts to pay for the item. Police were contacted and an investigation followed. She was charged with Theft under $5000.00 and breach of Probation Order. She was released to appear in court on July 17^th, 2012.

 

BREACHES

 

Cornwall, ON- A 16-year-old Cornwall youth was arrested on June 16^th, 2012. The youth was bound by 2 Undertakings with the condition of a curfew of 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. and Keep the Peace and be of Good Behaviour. It is alleged that on June 16^th, 2012, shortly after 3:30 a.m. the youth was observed away from his residence by a member of the Cornwall Community Police Service Patrol Division. The youth was charged with 3 counts of Breach of Undertaking and held in custody until court the following day. The youth’s name was not released as per provision under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.

 

Cornwall, ON- A 12-year-old Cornwall youth was arrested on June 17^th, 2012, The youth was bound by a Recognizance with the relevant conditions not to be away from residence except in presence of a specific adult and to abstain from the consumption of drugs in the Controlled Drugs & Substances Act. It is alleged that of June 17^th, 2012 the youth left the residence without the certain adult and returned under the influence of a controlled substance. Police were contacted and an investigation followed. The youth was charged with 2 counts of breach of Recognizance and held in custody until court the following day. The youth’s name was not released as per provision under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.

 

Cornwall, ON-  Amanda MacMillan, 23 of Cornwall was arrested on June 17^th, 2012. She was bound by 2 Undertakings with the condition to Keep the Peace and be of Good Behaviour and to abstain from communicating directly or indirectly with a certain person. It is alleged that on June 17^th, 2012 she made contact with the say person and police were contacted. She was charged with 3 counts of breach if Undertaking and held in custody until court the following day.

 

DOMESTIC ASSAULT, MISCHIEF & THREATS

 

Cornwall, ON- A 31-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on June 17^th, 2012. He was bound by a Probation Order with relevant conditions tokeep the peace & be of good behaviour and abstain from the possession of weapons. It is alleged that on June 17^th, 2012, he got into an altercation with his 27-year-old common-law wife when he assaulted her, while holding a knife uttered several death threats and caused damaged to her property. The victim suffered minor injuries. Police were contacted and an investigation followed. The male was charged with 3 counts of Utter Death Threats, 2 counts of Breach of Probation Order, Possession of a Weapon for Dangerous Purpose, Domestic Assault, Assault with a Weapon and 2 counts of Mischief under $5000.00. He was also arrested under the strength of two outstanding warrants. He was held in custody until court the following day. His name was not released as it would identify the victim in this incident.

 

WARRANTS

 

Cornwall, ON- Kory Robillard-Delahunt, 20 of Cornwall  was arrested on June 18^th, 2012 under the strength of two outstanding warrants, for Break & Enter, Assault and Robbery as well as Breach of Probation Order. It is alleged that on April 14^th, 2012 he forced his way into a York Street residence and assaulted the residents while demanding money. Police were contacted and an investigation followed. He was held in custody until court the following day.

 

OBSTRUCT POLICE & BREACHES

 

Cornwall, ON- Lori Robillard, 47 of Cornwall was arrested on June 18^th, 2012. She was bound by an Undertaking with the condition of notify police of any change of address and Keep the Peace and be of Good Behaviour. It is alleged that on June 18^th, 2012 she prevented a member of the Cornwall Community Police Service Patrol Division in the execution of his duty. She was charged with 2 counts of Breach of Undertaking and Obstruct Police. She was held in custody until court the following day.
