I’m a big Sushi fan. I moved around a lot before settling here in Cornwall. Every time I moved to a different city, the first thing I did was look for the best sushi place. That is why I was so happy when Ruby Sushi opened a few months ago. One visit and I was sold. It has become my favorite place in town to eat.
The staff is friendly and the food is delicious. Mostly, though, the sushi is outstanding.

The presentation is flawless and it tastes wonderful. Every piece is carefully prepared by the talented hands of the restaurant owner, Joe while his lovely wife, Sakinna, welcomes her patrons with a warm smile and delicious Asian food.
That’s right, despite its name and obvious specialty, Ruby Sushi’s offerings go beyond sushi. A wide variety of specialty dishes such as beef and mushroom rolls, curries, skewers and dumplings fill the menu to please all tastes. This place is worth trying even if you don’t like sushi!
Best of all, you can try it all as the restaurant offers an All You Can Eat menu, serving small portions, allowing you to sample and savor a little bit of everything.
A salad, soup and desert bar complements the menu.

Milena’s tip: make sure you try Sakinna’s famous salad dressing; it’s the best I ever tried!
So much attention to every dish, even a simple sashimi plate.
Green Dragon roll. I love how they make this look like an actual dragon. Tastes as good as it looks too!

I’ve been here only once so far but after the other sushi restaurant we normally go to in town completely changed their menu and took off my favorites, we tried here instead.. I’ve been craving to go back ever since! Birthday is coming up soon, guess where I’m hoping to go!~
