Cornwall Ontario – The snow and Ice hasn’t seemed to deter this motorist from finding a prime illegal parking spot. The corner of 4th & York has been a busy one in Cornwall Ontario.

Sgt Michaud from the CPS confirmed that it was a single vehicle accident. No injuries reported and officers are still on the scene investigating.
