As we approach another Christmas, I would like to reflect on Christmas before and after becoming a Christian. For Christmas before becoming a Christian was a day; to most of us it meant very little. This year, Christmas will come and go, and it may have little or no impact on your life. Christmas to many is the most depressing time of the year. Often, we live in the past, hoping Christmas will never end, thinking somehow life would be better, or have some meaning, if the Christmases when we were children could be revisited. Those are the best times to remember, we think. But as quickly as the decorations go up, they are taken down and boxed away for another year; so likewise our hopes and memories of Christmas past are revived for a moment, but then we are forced to wake up and face life in a New Year ahead. Not much has changed! But I am here to write about myself, and not others: when it comes to Christmas, things have really changed since I have become a Christian. How so?
You would think that after becoming a Christian a minister of the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ, Christmas would have even greater meaning, but in fact, it does not! What was Christmas like before I became a Christian? I must now pull down the box of Christmas past, and behold it is filled with many sad memories. What made Christmas so bad? Sin! Are you surprised?
My Christmas pasts were not much different from any of yours, per se. I remember the presents under the tree, the abundance of food, the time off from school. I remember when the whole family gathered together—Wait, that’s not true, I don’t remember a time when we were all gathered together, for by then, Ma and Dad had already divorced because of Dad’s drunkenness. My older brothers and sister could tell me about such times, but I don’t recall them. Then my mother remarried, and my step-Dad moved in, which was not so bad, for he was a good man, a good provider, for a family of eight. But Christmas did not change much. It was still without Christ!
As years went by, the drunkenness continued, for my whole family were heavy drinkers. But now I was old enough to enjoy and really get into the Christmas spirit. Things had really changed by the time I got out of high school. In what way? For one, My Dad had died with a beer can in his hand, and my only sister was killed during my first year of college; they called it domestic violence. It happened just after American Thanksgiving. Christmas came that year as usual, but I can say one thing for sure, my poor mother was never the same. An early Christmas present, huh? It was sin that ruined Christmas–my sin, my parent’s sin, all the way back to Adam’s sin. Enough of Christmas past!
What about Christmas present? What has changed? Christmas has not, but I have! How so? The light of the glorious gospel of Christ lit my sin-darkened heart. That’s grace! It is not true that wise men still seek Him, for the Word of God says, “As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one: there is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God” (Romans 3:10-11). The Christ of the Bible found me in Los Angeles, California, trying to start a rock-n-roll band, deep in sin: in drugs, drunkenness, witchcraft and astrology, and immorality. Christmas then was just another day to get high, to party, and to jam, but all that would change. How so?
It was not Christmas that changed my life, nor pardoned my sins, nor gave me a new life. It was knowing Christ–The Lord Jesus Christ, the Saviour of the World–by a miracle of grace! When I think of the incarnation, the virgin birth, and the accounts of Christ’s birth as faithfully recorded in the Bible for all to read, I do not think of Christmas. I think of God’s unspeakable gift given to humanity, in the person of His Eternal Son: “This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief” (1 Timothy 1:15).
No one really wants to talk about being a sinner and being in need of salvation at Christmas time. It is “peace on earth, and good will towards men.” Many say, “Christmas brings out the best in mankind.” But, in fact, one must not forget that Christ was born to die, and to die at the hands of sinners. Sinners like you and me! “But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed” (Isaiah 53:5).
Christmas? I can take it or leave it. The observance of a day means nothing compared to knowing, loving and worshipping the True and Living God. You might ask, “Preacher, why be such a grinch?” You see it is not I that has stolen Christmas, but sin! I hope you come to see this, and by God’s grace to call upon the only Name “under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved” (Acts 4:12).
I ask you not to pity me, or feel sorry for me, as I have opened up my box of Christmas past before you all. If all that you have is Christmas, and with it just a bunch of boxes of memories of Christmas past and that’s all, you are most miserable. One’s future can only be changed as one comes to trust in the Christ of the Bible. Not the Christ of Christmas past, present, or future, but in the risen, exalted Son of God, even the Lord Jesus Christ.
Christ or Christmas? Which one do you have? Which one do you love and value more? I pray, as I can say by God’s grace, “It is Christ and Christ alone. He is my all and all.” It is not what Christmas means to me it is what Christ means to me!
Best wishes during this holiday season to all of you from the Newton family, and from Calvary Baptist Church.

Pastor the people do not know what those “red ruby shoes stand for” but you and I know don’t we. I try to get this story out to people about Dorothy and Toto and all these children’s fairy tales have a meaning. Those ruby slippers were really supposed to be in gold but the ruby ones do the same but people do not know what all that means. I think that this was one of my first awakenings to the real world of who is ripping who off. You mentioned something the other day and I won’t go into it and I said something but don’t think that Jamie posted it. You and I do know all about the land of make believe from Disney to Hollywood and beyond.
Furtz is a good man but he has not found the Lord and it is only Furtz who can find Him just like it too me on my own to think long and hard. I did bad things like anyone and we regret the things that we did and find out what is true and what is false. Furtz is Furtz and a good person but only he can find his way to the truth and none of us can do that for him and that is like anybody else.
Furtz, demonic possession, like god’s archenemy Satan, is a new testament invention and fiction. When the homophobe ptn quotes from the Apostle Paul’s Ephesians and Corinthians. he should acknowledge that many bible scholars like retired Episcopal Bishop John Shelby Spong are convinced Paul was homosexual. And there’s compelling evidence that Paul’s “companion” Luke was also homosexual. Just think, half the New Testament was written by homosexuals.
Hello I agree with Jamie nothing has changed with our new mayor and council. Unless I read wrong seems like they all lied to us about not accepting the new pay increase. Seems like another 4 years of the same old garbage and more lies like before. They will take the 40 percent pay increase I knew greed would take over. Why vote if nothing every changes and its all just empty promises. No wonder young people will not stay in Cornwall they see the truth and see there is no future here. I am very disappointed with our newely elected mayor and council. I knew when they said if they get elected they would all turn down that 40 percent pay increase ya right. Fooled again Cornwall voters
It looks like according to Larry Knight’s brilliant biblical insight into the Holy Scriptures everyone in the New Testament was a “sodomite”. Thanks for the unholy enlightenment! I think I will stick to the reliable, Holy Word of God, instead listening to the unholy rants of a lost person with his lost biblical scholars.
“Do you not know that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived; neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor abusers, nor homosexuals, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God. And such were some of you. But you are washed, but you are sanctified, but you are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God” (1Co 6:9-11).
Question Larry – why would the Apostle Paul purposely exclude himself from all possibility of heaven?
Larry, most people who have followed Newton’s rants over the years realize that he has ALL the answers and is ALWAYS right. Those who have different opinions or beliefs are ALWAYS misguided and wrong, and will burn in hell if they don’t smarten up. It’s as simple as that, like it or not.
Jim Smith….the proposed pay raises has been sent back to city administration to come up with an acceptable level of compensation for the mayor and city councilors. They will NOT be getting the previously suggested 40% raise.
Furtz….”Larry, most people who have followed Newton’s rants over the years realize that he has ALL the answers and is ALWAYS right. Those who have different opinions or beliefs are ALWAYS misguided and wrong, and will burn in hell if they don’t smarten up. It’s as simple as that, like it or not.”….we agree again. Can this continue or are we both doomed?
Look on the bright side Hugger. When we are paddling around in the eternal lake of fire, we won’t have to share it with “you know who”.
Still no answer Larry? Question Larry – why would the Apostle Paul purposely exclude himself from all possibility of heaven? Seeing you believe,or propose that he-Paul and many others were sodomites that wrote the Bible, according to your so called scholars.
Newton, your obsession with “sodomites” is getting tiresome.
Thou doth protest too much, if you know what I mean.
Furtz – Larry is the one who started it! Larry writes – “Luke was also homosexual. Just think, half the New Testament was written by homosexuals”. What trash! Or should I say what brilliant scholarship?
No Newton. You’ve been trashing gays as well as others for years. As I said, thou doth protest too much. Perhaps it’s time for you to get in touch with your inner “sodomite”, and deal with your obsession.
Some obsessions are great! Like loving God, His Pure/Holy Word, and His people. And yes, let us not forget – holiness, purity, and righteousness. And hating sin!
PTN…your obsession with trashing gays is not a healthy one.
You have it wrong Hugger1, I don’t trash gays, the Word of God does! Not trash that is, but exposes them for what they are in God’s eyes – sinners in need of God’s redeeming, transforming grace! And if they do not receive that redeeming, transforming, forgiving grace by the time they die, God has no choice, but in His Sovereign Justice to damn their souls for eternity in an eternal Hell. God is calling all sinners to turn before it is to late.
Do you know that Hell is God’s eternal “trash” can – Mark 9:48 where ‘Their worm does not die, and the fire is not quenched.’
Hard to imagine someone being glad that he is obsessive.
Yes Newton, we get it. You don’t hate gays or Muslims or anybody else. It’s your imaginary god that does the hating. You are just the messenger expressing your imaginary god’s hatefulness. It’s pretty safe to hide behind an asinine religion in order to spew your toxic bile.
Remember Furtz – pay day is coming!
“Know therefore that the LORD thy God, he is God, the faithful God, which keepeth covenant and mercy with them that love him and keep his commandments to a thousand generations; And repayeth them that hate him to their face, to destroy them: he will not be slack to him that hateth him, he will repay him to his face”(Deu 7:9-10).
“Love thy neighbour as thyself.” Jesus’s words and the essence of Christianity. Jesus does not say except gays.
So, to claim that the Word of God consigns the souls of gays to eternal perdition is to hate, not love.
Or else it’s ludicrously muddled thinking worthy of a Monty Python skit.
@ PJ. We should all fart in his general direction. 🙂
Furtz – With apologies to Hamlet, I believe he’s hoist with his own petard (fart).
PJ Robertson – it is not hate but JUSTICE! In fact it is God’s righteous judgment upon all that choose to go on living a self centered, rebellious, “I can live with out Christ life”. Sexual immorality is just one of the many perverted lifestyles sins that will cause one to end up in Hell.
“And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them. And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works. And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works. And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire”
(Rev 20:11-15).
PTN….cherry picking scripture now??
As PJ Robertson said ““Love thy neighbour as thyself.” Jesus’s words and the essence of Christianity. Jesus does not say except gays.
So, to claim that the Word of God consigns the souls of gays to eternal perdition is to hate, not love.
Or else it’s ludicrously muddled thinking worthy of a Monty Python skit.”
Why won’t you just admit that you have a hate on for gays or anything that doesn’t fit in to your perfect little world?
You mean: “God’s perfect little world” – Word!
Compelling Bible evidence indicates the Apostle Paul and Luke were homosexuals who developed the New Testament concept of God’s “grace” defined as the unmerited and abundant gift of God’s love and favor to man effective in Jesus Christ and was introduced by Paul and Luke (two people who never met Jesus) in Romans 5:15, 1 Corinthians 1:3, Acts 14:3, 15:11, etc. “God’s grace” isn’t real because Jesus never mentions grace anywhere in the New Testament except in one of Paul’s dreams in 2 Corinthians 12:1-9. In my opinion, Paul and Luke introduce the concept of God’s “grace” because (1) of the shame and guilt they bear because they’re homosexual and (2) of their hope that God would absolve them for what Paul and the Jewish law (Leviticus 20:13) consider an abomination punishable with death.
Paul was tormented by passions he couldn’t control. Paul believes Satan has given him a thorn in the flesh (i.e., homosexuality) and says so in 2 Corinthians 12:7, “…lest I should be exalted above measure there was given to me a thorn in the flesh, the messenger of Satan to buffet me…”
Paul, who was single and traveled with his “companion” Luke, states in 1 Corinthians 7:27 that Christians should marry if they can’t avoid fornication. In verses 7:1-9, Paul says, “It is good for a man not to touch a woman. Nevertheless, to avoid fornication, let every man have his own wife, and let every woman have her own husband. Let the husband render to the wife due benevolence…I say therefore to the unmarried and widows. It is good for them if they abide even as I. But if they cannot…, let them marry for it is better to marry than to burn.”
But marriage wasn’t a solution for Paul, a man who couldn’t control the sexual passions burning in his “members”. Paul says in Romans 6:19,21, “I speak after the manner of men because of the infirmity of your flesh; for as ye have yielded your members servants to uncleanness and to iniquity unto iniquity; even so now yield your members servants to righteousness unto holiness. What fruit had ye then in those things whereof ye are now ashamed? For the end of these things is death.” And again in Romans 7:14-15, 17-19, 23-25, “For we know that the law (Jewish law) is spiritual: but I am carnal, sold under sin. For that which I do I allow not…but what I hate, that do I. …it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me. For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh) dwelleth no good thing…For the good that I would I do not: but the evil which I would not, that I do. But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members. O wretched man that I am! Who shall deliver me from the body of this death…with the flesh (I serve) the law of sin.” (Comment: “Members” is a euphemism for genitals. A similar reference to “member” is in Deuteronomy 23:1. It says, “He that is wounded in the stones (testicles), or hath his privy member cut off, shall not enter the congregation of the Lord”)
Or we could accept what retired Episcopal Bishop John Shelby Spong has written in “Rescuing the Bible from Fundamentalism, ”The war that went on between what he desired with his mind and what he desired with his body, his drivenness to a legalistic religion of control, his fear when that system was threatened, his attitude toward women, his refusal to seek marriage as an outlet for his passion—nothing else accounts for this data as well as the possibility that Paul was a gay male.”
The verses that appear to establish the homosexuality of Paul’s “companion” Luke is a passage that is common to both the Gospels of Matthew and Luke to which Luke has added a homosexual reference. First, Jesus says in Matthew 24:40-42, “Then shall two be in the field: the one shall be taken, and the other left. Two women shall be grinding at the mill; the one shall be taken, and the other left. Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come.” Luke’s homosexual reference appears in Luke 17:30, 34-36 where Jesus says, “Even thus shalt it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed. I tell you in that night there shall be two men in one bed: the one shall be taken, and the other shall be left. Two women shall be grinding together: the one shall be taken and the other left. Two men shall be in a field: the one shall be taken and the other left.”
THEOLOGICAL ERROR #1: Jesus gives the mistaken impression in Mathew 24:40-42 and Luke 17:30-36 above that half of all people will go to heaven. But Jesus directly contradicts this impression in Matthew 7:14 when he says, “…narrow is the way which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.” THEOLOGICAL ERROR #2: Although repentance is mentioned throughout the Old Testament and by Luke in Luke 13:3 and Acts 3:38, it’s never mentioned by the Apostle Paul in any of his letters.
Pastor Tom Newton:
1)JUSTICE and “God’s righteous judgment”: the catalogue of human history, including the Bible, records numberless unspeakable acts of barbarity and hatred committed in the name of JUSTICE and “God’s righteous judgment”–e.g. the stoning of Stephen presided over by your oft-quoted mentor St. Paul before his conversion.
2)”living a self-centred, rebellious, ‘I can live without Christ life'”: Do you honestly believe that by preaching hostility towards gays you are living a life WITH Christ? Isn’t that a violation of Christ’s message of love? For that matter, do you know any gay couples? I do and know that they are among the least self-centred, most loving and generous of people. That they in fact live Christ’s message of love more truly than most of the rest of us.
3) Quoting from Scripture: As Hugger implies, cherry picking from scripture is fraught with risk. The Bible is a great and glorious book of life. Also like life, it’s complex, flawed, and full of contradictions and options–e.g. Jesus’s New Testament teachings and examples of love and forgiveness v. both Old and New Testament teachings of anger, intolerance and hatred. And it’s up to us choose: to love and care, or not.
Your “Real Christmas Carol” speaks of conversion to Christianity–to a gospel of love, peace and understanding of humankind?
“Truth and love must prevail over lies and hatred”–Vaclav Havel. Wouldn’t you agree?
Happy New Year!
Such a strange thing religion is. For some, and hopefully most, it provides some sort of inner peace and tranquility. For others, like Newton, it provides a “legitimate” outlet to spew hate and vitriol. Given that it’s all based on myths and fairy-tales, it’s amazing how it still has so much influence on humanity.
@ PJ and Larry. There’s no way to have an intelligent discussion with someone so totally consumed by hate and bigotry. Lots of people have tried for years. Back and forthing with bible quotes and such is a complete waste of time. Of course hate speech should always be protested and challenged, but if the author is obviously obsessive, any kind of debate is impossible. In the meantime, I think the best plan of action would be to get as many people as possible to fart in his general direction at least once a day.
Larry – I guess you missed these verses on purpose? “And of his fulness have all we received, and grace for grace. For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ”. John 1:16-17
The Lord Jesus is grace personified, grace in person! John 1:14 “And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth”.
The Lord Jesus bought grace via His atoning work on the Cross for sinners – God’s unmerited favor at Christ expenses. Grace is seen in action in God forgiving sinners and showing them mercy! “Grace how sweet the sound that saved a wretch like me”.
Act 15:11 “But we believe that through the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ we shall be saved, even as they”. Not written by the Apostle Paul this time, but by the Apostle Peter! And the Apostle John – Rev 22:21 “The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen”.
Pastor Newton there is only one real world and that is under God. You and I know that the Bible is real and that people are going to fall for “the anti-Christ” who is going to save the world as the Bible says but those who go towards this one world government and one world religion will be cast in the lake of fire. It is also known as “the mark of the beast”.
Jules, why do Christians look to the future for Jesus’ return when many bible scholars believe the beast mentioned in Revelations was Nero Caesar, the first century Roman ruler (54-68 CE) who persecuted the early Christians? Go to http://www.merriampark.com/numbeast.htm for a full discussion of this topic. You should also know that the “…the great whore that sitteth upon many waters” (Revelations 17:1); “…THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH” (Rev. 17:5); the woman which sits on “seven mountains” (Rev.17:9) is Rome. And who is the beast mentioned in Revelation 13:18, “… Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: … for it is the number of a man: and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.” This is Nero Caesar! An alternate number for the beast found in some ancient manuscripts is 616 and is also identified as Nero Caesar at this website.
ptn, jesus didn’t say any of the verses you quote (john 1:16-17, Acts 15:11 etc.). They can all be attributed to the anonymous writers of the Gospel of John or to the homosexual Apostle Paul. God’s grace is Paul’s homosexual hope for the mythical god’s forgiveness. Is dementia a requirement for becoming a christian?
You’re right, Furtz, sad to say. I had hoped that PTN’s “Real Christmas Carol” held promise of real enlightenment. Instead, Dickens was hijacked by yet another fundamentalist ideologue. Too many of these blighting the Canadian landscape, starting with our benighted PM. Let’s hope that 2015 brings real change. Thanks to you for your notes of sanity. Happy New Year!
Larry Knight – you can’t see the forest for the trees. Does the Son of God have to speak of grace, or the word “grace”, when He is grace personified? – “Full of grace and truth”, He spoke “gracious words”. The whole concept and blessing of God’s grace in forgiving sinners on the bases of God’s Son merit is seen from the first book, to the last book of the Bible.
Your kind of grace goes like this – Jude 4 “For certain men crept in secretly, those having been of old previously written into this condemnation, ungodly ones perverting the grace of our God for unbridled lust, and denying the only Master, God, even our Lord Jesus Christ”.
PTN…..do you quote scripture every time in your daiy life? Wny do it here?
Hugger1 – The Word of God says -Col 3:16 “Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord”.
I have been a disciple of Christ for over 35 years, so I have tried to read, memorize, and learn His Word. There is nothing better for instruction, encouragement, and strength.
Very true indeed Pastor.
This question remains unanswered. Did the hate and bigotry come pre or post being born again? I can understand that some people who have preexisting hate/anger etc. issues would gravitate to whatever religion that legitimizes their mental disease. I also know that reasonably sane and rational people can become radicalized and irrational after being sucked into some cults and religions.
I’ve asked Newton this question before but he won’t answer. I’m guessing that he shopped around for whatever religion best suited his personality.
It is like this Dr. Furtz – what you call “hate and bigotry” God calls a love for righteousness and hatred for sin. The Word of God exposes what sin is, and since you love sin, therefore you hate what God loves!
So your problem is not with me, but with God and His righteous standards, and that you and many others that reject God’s gracious offer of salvation in the end will be held accountable to God, and be judged accordingly.
Isa 5:20 “Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!”.
A disciple of Christ for over 35 years and yet to learn to love his neighbour as himself –gosh. Well, I suppose it’s never too late, though hope seems faint.
Furtz, therein, it would seem, lies the answer to your question: he has yet to learn to love himself before he can love his neighbour. Imagine how damaging a gospel of intolerance born of personal loathing must be to a congregation of the godly naïve. On the other hand, the reward of instant membership in the ICCF (Immemorial Club of Control Freaks)must be very tempting for such a preacher.
I recognize your love and devotion to your choice of the various religious options. I am however slightly confounded by your hypocrisy. If your understanding of your God includes the belief that judgement and vengeance is the Lord’s right exclusively, then this raises the question, how is it that you can be true to your faith and yet remain so judgmental of your fellow man?
You create the image of a walking contradiction Pastor Tom. You create the impression that you need to study your faith a little deeper. You are on a journey and I applaud you for your determination but remember to be respectful of not only your God but your fellow man as well.
PJ, the despicable thing about this type of religion it how it uses threats of eternal torture against those who haven’t bought in yet. It no doubt scares the crap out of children and “weak minded” adults. I know it terrified me as a child until I figured out their game at about twelve years old. In Canada, threatening someone with physical violence is a serious criminal offense. However, if it’s done for religious purposes, it’s fine.
Furtz, absolutely: a centuries-old power play to terrify the gullible into submission.
To use today’s buzz word, a species of terrorism.
You are absolutely right Pastor that people call evil good and good evil and yes it is written in the Bible as you pointed out. It isn’t just over a particular denomination but for all denominations. As an RC I am with you all the way Pastor. People do not realize that the Ten Commandments are for everyone to follow and not just a certain group.
Jules, how could the commandment “Thou shalt not kill” be for the Jews when god commanded the jews to kill all the gentile men, women, and children in Canaan to purify the land? The commandment was actually “Thou shalt not kill Jews.”
As for the commandments in general, why would the Jews need commandments (Thou shalt nots) since Adam and Eve had eaten of the “tree of knowledge of good and evil”?
He’s got an IRA and 401K, jesus saves, jesus saves.
Not to be outdone, Jules, the RCC has distinguished itself with the horrors of the Crusades, the Inquisition, Canada’s Residential Schools, and doubtless much more.
“Furtz, absolutely: a centuries-old power play to terrify the gullible into submission”.
It is better to do it now in humble faith then to be forced with Omnipotent power later!
“Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father”(Php 2:9-11).
You see, all will be made to bow the knee and verbally acknowledge King Jesus as Lord as they stand before the Great White throne judgment to come. You will be there! But then and there it will be to late for sinners who reject His grace in this life.
Here is what the King of Kings will say to all those out side the saving work of His grace – “Then shall he say also unto them on the left hand, Depart from me, ye cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels”(Mat 25:41).
Pastor you are absolutely right in what you said to Dr. Furtz and yes every one will kneel at Jesus’ feet and He is the only real King and is the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords. Everyone is going to be judged and nobody knows when that time will come. Furtz you will not have your volcanos nor your women that you savour. LOL LOL. ROLF! If you can remember the Lord’s Prayer there is something about making heaven on earth but for those who believe in God and respect His commandments.
Larry Knight and P.J. Robertson I answered you and Dr. Jamie didn’t let it through. Every time I bring up something it is hidden and I do know why. I cannot speak the truth here something is wrong. I did answer both of you.
