BREACH

 

Cornwall, ON – A 14-year-old Cornwall youth was arrested on May 31st, 2015 and charged with breaching his recognizance for being out past curfew. It is alleged that on May 31st, 2015 the youth was out past his curfew and police were contacted to investigate. During their investigation the youth was located at a Second Street East address, taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing. His name was not released as per provision of the Youth Criminal Justice Act.

 

BREAK AND ENTER, BREACH

 

Cornwall, ON – Two 14-year-old Cornwall youths were arrested and charged with break and enter and one youth was also charged with breach of recognizance for being in a residence while an adult is not present. It is alleged on May 31st, 2015 the two youths entered an Alice Street residence and removed property that did not belong to them. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. During their investigation the two were taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court at a later date. Their names were not released as per provision of the Youth Criminal Justice Act.

 

BREAK AND ENTER TO COMMIT ROBBERY, BREACH

 

Cornwall, ON – Philip Collins, 52 and Kyle Delorme, 22 both of Cornwall were arrested on June 1st, 2015 and charged with break and enter to commit robbery while Delorme was also charged with breaching two probation orders for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged on May 25th, 2015 the two men forced their way into a Park Street residence and demanded money from the occupants prior to leaving with a quantity of cash. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. On June 1st, 2015 during their investigation the two men were located by police, taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.

 

POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE, BREACH

 

Cornwall, ON – Therar Hussein, 36 of Newmarket was arrested on June 2nd, 2015 and charged with possession of a controlled substance, breach of two probation orders for failing to keep the peace and recognizance for being in possession of a controlled substance. It is alleged during a traffic stop in the early morning hours of June 2nd, 2015 the man was found to be in possession of a quantity of crystal meth. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.
