BREACH
Cornwall, ON – Rocky Richmire, 56 of Cornwall was arrested on 31st, 2015 and charged with breaching his recognizance for attending an establishment that he has conditions not to attend and for failing to notify a change of address. It is alleged on July 27th, 2015 the man attended an establishment he had conditions not to attend and police were contacted to investigate. During their investigation it was learned that the man also failed to notify a change of address as per his conditions. On July 31st, 2015 he attended police headquarters to deal with the matter. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.
ASSAULT
Cornwall, ON – A 20-year-old woman and a 19-year-old man both from Cornwall were arrested on July 31st, 2015 and charged with assault. It is alleged on July 31st, 2015 during an argument they assaulted each other and police were contacted to investigate. During their investigation both were taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing. Their names were not released as the incident stems from a domestic matter.

Cornwall, ON – Aimee Warren, 25 of Cornwall was arrested on August 1st, 2015 and charged with assault police. It is alleged in the early morning hours of August 1st, 2015 while police were dealing with a male at a local bar the woman punched an officer in the back of the head. She was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on September 3rd, 2015.
REFUSAL
Cornwall, ON – Duran Jackson, 29 of Hogansburg N.Y. was arrested on August 2nd, 2015 and charged with refusing to provide a breath sample. It is alleged in the early morning hours of August 2nd, 2015 the man was found to be operating motor vehicle at the Port of Entry while under the influence of alcohol. He was taken into custody after refusing to provide a sample of his breath, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on August 11th, 2015.

Cornwall, ON – A 21-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on August 2nd, 2015 and charged with assault and mischief. It is alleged during an argument on August 2nd, 2015 with his 21-year-old girlfriend the man punched a wall and punched her in the head. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. During their investigation the man was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing. His name was not released as it would identify the victim in the matter.

Cornwall, ON – A 58-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on August 2nd, 2015 and charged with breaching his recognizance for communicating with his ex-wife. It is alleged on August 2nd, 2015 the man communicated with his ex-wife while at the Cornwall Square despite being on conditions not to communicate with her. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. During their investigation the man was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing. His name was not released as it might identify the victim in the matter.

Cornwall, ON – A 29-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on August 2nd, 2015 and charged with mischief and breach of probation for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged during an argument with his girlfriend on August 2nd, 2015 the man punched a hole in a wall and police were contacted to investigate. During their investigation the man was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing. His name was not released it might identify the victim in the matter.
THEFT UNDER $5000, ASSAULT, BREACH
Cornwall, ON – Samantha Derouchie, 22 of Cornwall was arrested on August 2nd, 2015 and charged with assault, theft and breach of probation for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged on August 2nd, 2015 the woman attended a Second Street East store and selected merchandise then made no attempt to pay for the items as she left the store. She was stopped by the Loss Prevention Officer at which point she punched him in the head and police were contacted to investigate. During their investigation the woman was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on September 3rd, 2015.
IMPAIRED, REFUSAL
Cornwall, ON – David Legue, 48 of Cornwall was arrested on August 2nd, 2015 and charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and refusal. It is alleged on August 2nd, 2015 the man was found to be operating an e-bike while under the influence of alcohol in the area of First Street. He was taken into custody during a traffic stop and later refused to provide a sample of his breath. He was charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.
ASSAULT, THREATS, BREACH, POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE
Cornwall, ON – Niko Charbonneau, 43 of Cornwall was arrested on August 3rd, 2015 and charged with assault, threats, possession of a controlled substance and breach of recognizance for having consumed alcohol. It is alleged during an argument on August 3rd, 2015 the man punched a 55-year-old man known to him in the head and threatened to harm him. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. During their investigation the man was taken into custody and found to have been drinking and in the possession of a quantity of hashish. He was charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.
