Cars Egged in South Dundas SD&G OPP Round Up MAY 9, 2016

DRUGS SEIZED

(North Stormont) – On May 8, 2016 at approximately 7:57pm, a Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry (SD&G) Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officer intercepted a vehicle for speeding on Highway 138, North Stormont Township. The stop resulted in the seizure of a quantity of suspected marihuana.

The male driver, Kyle STEWART (20) of North Glengarry Township was arrested and is charged with;

– Possession of a Controlled Substance – Under 30 Grams

He was released and scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cornwall on June 21, 2016.

MISCHIEFS

(South Glengarry) – On May 7, 2016 at approximately 3:20am, SD&G OPP officers responded to a report of several road signs purposely removed and left on the roadway of County Road 34, South Glengarry Township (between Fallowfield and Maple Roads).

An investigation continues.
(South Dundas) – Overnight (May 07-08, 2016), two (2) vehicles were “egged” while parked at a residence on Bayview Court, South Dundas Township.
