DRUG WARRANT RESULTS IN CHARGES
(Town of Perth, Ontario) – On Friday October 21st, 2016 members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Drug Enforcement Unit, Regional Support Team, Emergency Response Team and Lanark County Detachment executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (CDSA) warrant at a residence in the Town of Perth (ON).
During the investigation the following items were seized:
Ø Approximately ½ ounce of cocaine.
Ø Small amount of cannabis marihuana
Ø Evidence of drug trafficking
The following charge was laid against Patrick KILLEEN (43) of Perth (ON):
- Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking Schedule I Substance-Cocaine.
The following charge was laid against Christine MURPHY (42) of Perth (ON):
- Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking Schedule I Substance-Cocaine.,
The following charges were laid against Francis LOWRY (59) of Perth (ON):
- Trafficking of a Schedule I Substance- Cocaine.
- Possession of a Schedule II Substance-Cannabis Marihuana under 30 grams.
All were released from custody on a Promise To Appear and will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice, Perth on December 12th, 2016
