POLICE CHARGE NAPANEE MAN WITH INTERNET LURING OFFENCES
(Town of Napanee, ON) – Members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Child Sexual Exploitation Unit and the Napanee OPP Detachment have arrested and charged a Napanee man following a two week internet luring investigation.
On June 7, 2017, police arrested David FRANKLIN, 21 years old of the Town of Napanee Lakes, Ontario and charged him with four counts of luring a child on the internet, one count of exposing himself to a child and one count of sending sexual explicit material to a child.
The accused was remanded into custody and is scheduled to appear for a bail hearing on June 27, 2016, at the Ontario Court of Justice in Napanee, Ontario.
The investigation is continuing.
