Toronto Ontario – Marijuana dispensary search warrant executed, Canna Clinic, 44 Kensington Avenue, 15 people facing drug-related charges

The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of arrests in a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act investigation.
On Monday, September 11, 2017, at approximately 6:30 p.m., officers executed a search warrant at the Canna Clinic Dispensary at 44 Kensington Avenue.
It is alleged that the following was seized during the execution of the search warrant:
– 168.7 kilograms of marijuana
– 14.5 kilograms of marijuana oil
– 4.9 kilograms of shatter
– $14,410 (Canadian currency)
– $22 (US currency)
Rebecca Luu, 25, of Toronto, was arrested. She is charged with:
1) three counts of Possession of a Schedule II Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking
2) three counts of Possession of a Schedule II Substance
3) Possession of Proceeds of Property Obtained by Crime over
Matthew Bresee, 26, of Guelph, was arrested. He is charged with:
1) three counts of Possession of a Schedule II Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking
2) three counts of Possession of a Schedule II Substance
3) Possession of Proceeds of Property Obtained by Crime over
Sean Remedios, 25, of Mississauga, was arrested. He is charged with:
1) three counts of Possession of a Schedule II Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking
2) three counts of Possession of a Schedule II Substance
3) Possession of Proceeds of Property Obtained by Crime over
Fadi Shalash, 20, of Toronto, was arrested. He is charged with:
1) three counts of Possession of a Schedule II Substance for the Purpose of Trafficking

Willie Bustin, 32, of Toronto, was arrested. He is charged with:

Mohammed Hussein, 31, of Toronto, was arrested. He is charged with:
