(North Dundas) – As a result of a sexual assault investigation conducted by members of the Stormont Dundas & Glengarry Ontario Provincial Police, assisted by the SD&G OPP Crime Unit, a 31yr old male resident of North Dundas was arrested on October 12, 2017.
The 31yr old male resident of North Dundas faces charges of:
– Sexual Assault
– Assault
– Criminal Harassment
– Distribute Intimate images without consent
– Possession of Controlled Substance
The above charges are in relation to incidents involving a domestic situation.
The male was held in custody pending an appearance in Cornwall court. The name of the accused is being withheld in order to protect the identity of the victim.
IMPAIRED DRIVER
(South Dundas) – On October 10, 2017 at approximately 8:10pm, Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry (SD&G) Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers conducted a traffic stop on Carman Road, South Dundas Township. The investigation revealed that the adult male driver was under the influence of alcohol. A check of the male driver revealed his driving privileges were disqualified stemming from previous driving related offences.
Craig HODGSON (33) of South Dundas, Ontario was arrested and is charged with;
– Care or Control of a Motor Vehicle with Over 80 Milligrams of Alcohol in blood
– Driving a Motor Vehicle while Impaired
– Drive Disqualified
He was released and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Morrisburg on November 14, 2017.
BREACH OF CONDITIONS
(North Dundas) – On October 12, 2017 at approximately 1:42 pm, Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry Ontario Provincial Police officers responded to a report of a male breaching his release conditions on County Road 3, North Dundas Township. Investigation indicated a male was in contravention of previous release conditions.
John LADOUCEUR (55) of North Dundas, Ontario was arrested and is charged with;
– Fail to Comply with Probation Order (3 counts)
– Fail to comply with Undertaking (2 counts)
He was held in custody pending a court appearance (bail) at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cornwall on October 13, 2017.
BREACH OF CONDITIONS
(SOUTH DUNDAS,ON) – On October 11, 2017 at approximately 6:51am, Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry (SD&G) Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of a theft of an ATV from a residence on Irena Road, South Dundas Township. Investigation indicated that sometime overnight October 11, 2017 a 2007 Grey Yamaha Rhino ATV with Ontario Licence Plate (7DY57) was removed from the property.
An investigation continues.
