WARRANT EXECUTED – PROPERTY RECOVERED
(SOUTH DUNDAS,ON) – On October 23, 2017 at approximately 12:15pm, Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry Ontario Provincial Police officers responded to a report of a break-in at a business on Saddlemire Road, South Dundas Township.
Investigation indicated that sometime overnight October 22, 2017 culprit(s) entered the business and removed Canadian currency, various tools and a Yamaha Golf cart.
(SOUTH DUNDAS,ON) – On November 17, 2017 at approximately 2:29am, Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry Ontario Provincial Police officers responded to a report of a break-in at a business on Saddlemire Road, South Dundas Township.
Investigation indicated that sometime overnight November 17, 2017 culprit(s) entered the business and removed alcohol. Further investigation revealed that the culprits also attended several other locations on County Road 18, South Dundas Township and caused damage to the properties and removed several items (power tools, gas generator, war memorabilia, food and Canadian Currency).
(SOUTH DUNDAS,ON) On November 18, 2017, members of the Organized Crime Enforcement Bureau – Community Street Crime Unit and SD&G OPP executed a Search Warrant on a residence on County Road 18, South Dundas Township. This resulted in the seizure of, a quantity of Marihuana and stolen property.
Shayne MCADAM (23) of South Dundas, Ontario was arrested and charged with;
– Possession of a Controlled Substance
– Break and Enter (6 counts)
– Mischief ( 6 Counts)
– Theft Under $5000 ( 5 Counts)
– Possession of Property obtained by crime
Randy FROATS (22) of South Dundas, Ontario was arrested and charged with;
– Possession of a Controlled Substance
– Break and Enter (6 counts)
– Mischief ( 6 Counts)
– Theft Under $5000 ( 5 Counts)
– Possession of Property obtained by crime
Both males were released and are scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Morrisburg on January 9, 2018.
