Cornwall Ontario -Robert Cadieux has taken some of the pain at the tragic loss of his wife Kristine, and his injuries, and worked hard with a group of supporters to create a group called V.O.I.C.E. as many feel that the Crown and Justice system has let down their families and friends at the hands of drivers like Felix Laframboise.
At the root is the abuse and glad handing of cases that impact families and lives.
Loading ...The V.O.I.C.E. group now has over 3,000 members and Mr. Cadieux shared with me that he expects media from Ottawa and Montreal to cover their rally at the Courthouse in Cornwall Wednesday morning.
There is an historical malaise of the Crown Office in Cornwall going back past PROJECT TRUTH. The question is why the Attorney General’s Office refuses to do a proper investigation and house cleaning?
For example we currently have a judge that threatened a CAS worker while serving as a lawyer, in the courthouse no less with witnesses, as well as allegations of domestic issues with a RCMP agent that was then transferred away from this community.
How this judge got her promotion and then was allowed to serve here in Cornwall rather than in Ottawa creates some questions that should be answered, as is her alleged role in triggering the premature retirement of Judge Bruce McPhee who by many accounts was one of the finest justices to actually serve in this region.
