#OPP Stolen U Haul Leads to Meth Cocaine & Weapons Bust of 3 Near Brockville 082418

On August 21, 2018, Leeds OPP received a report of a rented U-Haul Truck that had not been returned to the business owner in Elizabethtown-Kitley Township. On August 23, 2018 while on patrol, OPP stopped the stolen U Haul on Lake Street in Front of Yonge Township. As a result of an investigation, three people were arrested and charged.

Brittany MCILVENNA, 19-years-old of Brockville, faces charges of 3 counts of Possession of Property Obtained by Crime, Possession of Methamphetamine and Cocaine, Possession of a Weapon for Dangerous Purpose, Carrying a Concealed Weapon and Possession of a Prohibited Weapon.

 

Alexander UBDEGROVE, 23-years-old of Kingston, faces charges of 3 counts of Possession of Property Obtained by Crime, Possession of Methamphetamine and Cocaine, Possession of a Weapon for Dangerous Purpose and Breach of Probation.

 

Jason GORDON, 47-years-old of Leeds and the Thousands Township, face charges of 3 counts of Possession of Property Obtained by Crime, Possession of Methamphetamine and Cocaine, Possession of a Weapon for Dangerous Purpose and Failing to Comply with an Undertaking.

UBDEGROVE and GORDON are scheduled for a bail hearing at the Ontario Court of Justice, Provincial Division in Brockville on August 23, 2018 while MCILVENNA was released from custody and has a court appearance scheduled for September 28, 2018.
