BREACH – DRUGS SEIZED
(North Dundas) – On March 30, 2017 at approximately 1:42pm, a Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry (SD&G) Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers intercepted a vehicle on County Road 3, North Dundas Township. The stop revealed that the adult male passenger was in contravention of conditions (non-communication/keep the peace) imposed from previous incidents. A quantity of suspected marihuana was also seized.
James ELLIS (29) of Cardinal, Ontario was arrested and is charged with;
– Fail to Comply with Conditions (2 counts)
– Possession of a Controlled Substance
He was held in custody pending an appearance (bail) at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cornwall.
THEFT OF TRACTOR
(South Glengarry) – In the previous two (2) weeks, a “Case” tractor with an older model Bush Hog attachment was stolen from a property on Concession 8, South Glengarry Township.
An investigation continues.
