WARRANTS Cornwall, ON – Rodney Seguin, age 35, of Cornwall was arrested on April 29, 2014.  He  is bound by a Probation Order with the relevant condition to keep the peace and be of good behaviour.  On April 17, 2014, he failed to attend court as ordered in relation to a Theft Under $5000 charge.  He was subsequently charged with Failing to Appear in Court and Breach of Probation.  He was released to attend court on May 29, 2014.   Cornwall, ON – Samuel Rathwell, age 31, was arrested on April 29, 2014.  Cornwall Police received information that the male was staying at a local hotel.  Investigation revealed that he was wanted for Domestic Offences by Lanark OPP and wanted for Fraud related Offences by Ottawa Police Service.  The male was located and arrested at the west end hotel.
